Spanish ska dance orchestra Celtas Cortos was formed in 1986 by students from a Valladolid establish, reunited to participate in a music contest called Colectivo Eurofolk. After coming in first position, the danton True Young musicians decided to persist in the circle, recording their debut album, Salida de Emergencia, in 1989, followed by Gente Impresentable, presented alive piece the band was touring the country in 1990.
